Who’d have thought when we had the last Oxton Art Fair that we would go through a pandemic and gradually come out the other side – and honestly, where did that time go…. However, we are glad to say, we’re back and very happy to be exhibiting at our much valued Williamson Art Gallery and Museum again.
There have been many changes at the gallery since its closure during lockdown. Taking this into consideration, the fair this year will be smaller with 12 member artists taking part, but it will be no less beautiful and considered. We are also easing gently back into the public consciousness over a condensed one-day event (Sunday, November 7th) instead of the usual two.
OAF may be diminutive this year, but we have everything to offer from originally produced painting, photography, jewellery, ceramics, mixed-media, printmaking and textiles. As always there is something for everyone, whether they want to browse or buy.
We certainly can’t wait to welcome all our visitors back, and as artists, we equally can’t wait to get back to doing what we love best.
