Vivienne Netherwood

Primarily a textile artist, I specialise in pictures, accessories and vessels made using the wet felting technique. My work explores the textural and visual properties of wool combined with elements such as fabric, fibres, yarns and paper.

I love to share my passion for felt through workshops and Wirral Makefest. As part of the Re-View textiles group I have exhibited regularly and also participate in Wirral Open Studio Tour.

Experimentation with new techniques is important to me and recently I have been exploring printmaking techniques and zine making. I look forward to sharing my creative journey with you at Oxton Art fair.
