Laura Weston

Laura Weston lives with her family and long-time muse Hudson the ginger cat within a skip and a jump of the Marine Lake in West Kirby. She studied BA Hons Fine Art at Wolverhampton Polytechnic in the late 1980’s specialising in Animation and Printmaking.

Her artworks have been featured in national and international group exhibitions.

Art and creativity are very much a therapeutic escape for her, and she doodles the things that she sees and turns these sketches into applied art and printmaking.

She is currently working on a new collection of prints inspired by the coastal birds and wildlife of West Kirby and a series called “The Art of Cat” Follow her on Instagram @Laurawestonart.
