Felicity Gayle: "A large amount of my life has been spent creating in many forms.
I have a BA Hons in Fine Art, and during my degree, I worked my way through many different expressive mediums and concepts. I have now however, since the birth of my son (my greatest masterpiece yet) found my world turned upside down (In the best possible way), and I've turned 360' and back to painting (In baby's nap time.)

Originally starting out as a figurative painter, I have now found my passion lies in Abstract Art, and the surprising evocative atmospheres, and escapist worlds that can be created. I create an array of abstract paintings,  unique for their organic forms and flow. I am interested in how subtle, yet profound details, converse with expanses of colour.

My processes include paint manipulation, where infinite moments  of creation and destruction merge forwards and backwards, forever changing, constantly developing; on the  journey to the finished piece. I like to let go of precision,  enabling colour and form to captivate and narrate.

I am looking forward to participating as a guest in this years Oxton Art Fair, I am currently creating lots of decorative gift items in my unique painting style to go alongside my work."
